LOSS CONTROL

AHRMA Loss Control and Risk Managers focus on helping members reduce and prevent losses in all areas of their business. Both managers have nearly 20 years of industry experience.

AHRMA:

• Conducts comprehensive safety inspections to identify property, liability and workers' compensation loss exposures.
• Helps determine the quality and effectiveness of members' existing safety and loss control programs and offers consulting assistance on ways to improve their loss control efforts
• Helps develop custom written safety programs
• Helps develop OSHA mandated programs such as Bloodborne Pathogens, Hazard Communication and Lockout/Tagout
• Provides regional or onsite safety training seminars for all areas of interest including but not limited to Bloodborne Pathogen, Hazard Communication, Lockout/Tagout, Defensive Driver Training, Back Safety/Proper Lifting, Accident Investigation and Sexual Harassment
• Offers general consultation, advice and assistance and other loss prevention issues including but not limited to Sample personnel policy, Attorney hot line
• Offers contract reviews to help members understand the insurance and indemnification language present in most documents ensuring the language is appropriate
• Offers a comprehensive safety video library free to members along with numerous sample policies and programs
