The mission of the Assisted Housing Risk Management Association (AHRMA) is to provide stable, reasonably-priced risk-sharing products designed specifically for members. We serve housing authorities in Illinois, Iowa and Nebraska and currently have over 250 members.
We offer a full range of member services which are provided by a highly-trained staff with over 100 years combined experience serving affordable housing providers. We know your market and the risks you face. We also know your industry is evolving and we have developed the AHRMA Insurance Program to meet your changing needs.
Our governing body is comprised of executives, directors and officers from housing entities throughout the Midwest ensuring that customer needs are not only met but fully satisfied.
AHRMA is regulated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), eliminating the need for members to solicit additional annual insurance bids.
